Hi Michael Kurosawa from Infinity Property Agents

I believe you are vacating your property, so this is a very important time for you to get your bond money back. I’d like to share with you 7 key points

Tip 1: Rangehood – this is a very common area for people to forget to clean on top – it’s very common to be greasy and very important to check and clean the oil filter

Tip 2: Oven – If you have been using the oven,  you will find very stubborn grease inside and if you’ve been using the oven a lot, we highly recommend that you use a professional cleaner.

Tip3: The vents: it is very common to forget to clean the accumulated dust as it was cleaned before you occupied your property

Tip 4: Shower glass, no water marks and the mirror must be clean.

Tip 5: Laundry Dryer:  People clean the outside surface of the dryer, but it is very common to forget the inside of the door, dust builds up in the rim, open the door and clean inside of the rim

Tip 6: Light globes: According to the Residential Tenancy Act, it is up to tenants to replace any blown light bulbs. If you don’t replace these, we will arrange a handyman who will charge you a $90 call out fee and $10 per globe.

Tip 7:  Cobwebs: In the balcony: It is very common to get cobwebs in corners and along rails. You are responsible to get rid of spiderwebs in the balcony and around the property inside and out.

I’ve just shared 7 key point for you to get 100% of your bond money back. Our property agents are very well trained to go through these areas, these 7 points, so please do not forget to check these areas and get as much bond back as possible. You can engage one of our professional cleaners who do understand our expectations, their price is very competitive and we can deduct the fee from your bond money – so it will be nice and easy.

Once again, thank you very much for renting a property with infinity property Agents and all the best with your new home. Good Luck!
