An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual with a bright personality to join our Residential Property Management team. Someone who is keen to learn the property management industry whilst supporting our team. We are one of Sydney's most respected and fastest-growing boutique property agencies and require the services of a Property Management Assistant to join our successfully expanding company. Ideally someone with an accounting background.

This is a full-time position, 5 days per week and a wonderful opportunity for those seeking unlimited opportunities to grow your career. The Property Management Assistant will suit someone with a passion for residential property investing who is looking to forge a career in real estate.

Duties will include: 

  • Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm (5 Days)
  • Rental receipts
  • Invoice Data entry
  • Booking Routine inspections
  • Conducting Routine inspections
  • Conduct open house and inspection by appointment
  • Property maintenance follow up
  • Key management
  • Provide administrative support for our property management and sales team and relief reception
  • Assist with phone and online enquiries
  • Communicating with vendors, purchasers, landlords and tenants as necessary on behalf of the team
  • Maintaining and updating client database
  • Contract delivery & office runner (Must hold a valid full driver’s license)

Required: 

  • Live within 30 minutes from your home to our office in Alexandria
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Accounting/Finance background
  • Attention to detail and computer literacy
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Exceptional personal presentation, positive attitude and happy disposition and is focused on developing their career
  • Most importantly a friendly person who truly enjoys talking to clients and making their first impression a positive one
  • Good telephone manner
  • Excellent customer service & time management skills 
  • Permitted to work and remain in Australia with no limitations

Experience / Qualifications: 

  • Certificate of Registration (Property)
  • Current Australian driver license
