An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual with a bright personality to join our Residential Property Management team. We are one of Sydney's most respected and fastest-growing boutique property agencies with 700 properties under management and require the services of a Leasing Agent to join our successfully expanding company.

This is a full-time position, 5 days per week with RDO on the weekend and a wonderful opportunity for those seeking unlimited opportunities to grow your property career. Professional training provided by a master real estate agent with over 30 years’ experience. The Property Manager / Leasing Agent will play an active role in the day to day operations of the business. Regular salary and package reviews based on performance.

Duties include but not limited to assisting with;

  • Open home inspections
  • Regular communication by email and phone with landlords, tenants, team members and suppliers
  • Work five days a week and only every second Saturday
  • Processing Tenancy Applications
  • Lease document preparations and renewals
  • Coordination of incoming and outgoing tenants
  • General repair and maintenance management
  • Customer service focus

Required: 

  • Live within 25 minutes from your home to our office in Alexandria
  • Certificate of Registration (Property) preferred
  • Genuine passion to work in the property industry
  • Driver’s License and experienced in driving around Sydney (a MUST)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent levels of computer literacy and touch-typing skill
  • Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills 
  • High attention to detail
  • Computer literacy - Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Office environment
  • Good telephone manner and team player
  • Excellent customer service & time management skills
