Senior Property Manager (Property Management) - ALEXANDRIA

We are one of Sydney's most respected and fastest growing boutique property agencies with a rapidly growing rent roll of over 650 properties, almost $500 million in asset management and an expanding team structure. This is a dual role which will expose you to your own portfolio of our leading clients and overseeing the management of a team of 6 supportive staff. This will require someone with the highest standards of service and communication.
Our company believes that property management plays a integral part to the investment strategies of our clients and we are seeking a like-minded individual that will ensure their clients investment expectations are met. This role requires someone with the following skills & attributes:
  • A passion for Property Management and ensuring customer service levels are met and exceeded
  • Ability to communicate with Landlords, tenants and third parties at all levels
  • Coordinating and management of the property management team to achieve company goals and budgets
  • Monitoring property management KPI's
  • Improving policies and procedures
  • Recruiting and mentoring staff
  • Making sure the rent roll is compliant legislatively
  • Representation at Tribunal where required
  • Reporting on property management performance to the Managing Director
  • Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
  • Minimum 5 years proven track record  as Senior Property Manager or similar
  • Strong leadership and supervision skills
  • Demonstrated experience within the real estate industry
  • Experience with REST
  • Excellent communication skills (written/verbal) and strong interpersonal skill
  • Outstanding time management and organisation skills
  • Impeccable presentation
  • Flexible and hands on approach
