Our clients are all treated the same - it doesn't matter if you have 1 property or 10, all of our properties are inspected every 5 months and you will receive a photographed report complete with all of our comments and recommendations. Refer to Routine Inspection Report box below to view a sample of what you will receive.
Are you updated on market rent and sale prices before the renewal of each lease agreement?
One month prior to your lease expiring, we will seek your authority and then negotiate a new lease agreement - WITH THE CURRENT MARKET RENT- every 5 months - unless you specify a 12 month lease agreement at the time of renewal.
Example: Leases are usually 6 months 10/1/09 to 9/7/09 - therefore on the 1st June after conducting market research we'd email you and then advise you accordingly for you to base your decision.
In your best interest, we ensure that all tenants are on a current lease agreement to avoid vacancy periods. (Unless your property is on the market for sale or you have intentions of this in the near future).
You can relax knowing your investment is in our hands.
